FYI the bridge over Eureka Creek (Monument Trail) is gone. this creek is impassable in high water (early season). This has always been a popular turn around point but the imediate vicinity on the far side of the bridge is very pleasant and now somewhat inaccessible. Eureka creek is perhaps 3.5 miles in (between three and four). Great Site.
